1.5 oz FEW Rye 1 oz Italian bitter aperitif 1 oz sweet vermouth Smoked orange peel or ripe cherry Add all ingredients, stir with ice and strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with a smoked cherry and orange. Can be served over ice or up.
2 oz FEW Bourbon 2 dashes Angosturra Bitters 1 sugar cube Smoked orange slice and smoked cherry Muddle the sugar, bitters and one spoon of water. Add FEW Bourbon and ice. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add a smoked cherry and smoked orange for a bold finishing touch.
