FEW Bold Fashioned

FEW Bold Fashioned 2 oz FEW Straight Bourbon 2 dashes Angostura Bitters 1 sugar cube Smoked orange slice and smoked cherry — Muddle the sugar, bitters and one spoon of water. Add FEW Straight Bourbon and ice.  Stir until sugar dissolves. Add a smoked cherry and smoked orange peel for a bold finishing touch.

FEW Boulevardier 1.5 oz FEW Straight Rye Whiskey 3/4 oz Italian bitter aperitif 3/4 oz sweet vermouth Lemon peel for garnish — Add all ingredients, stir with ice and strain into a coupe or rocks glass.  Garnish with a lemon twist. Can be served over ice or up.

FEW Whiskey Sour 2 oz FEW Straight American Whiskey ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice ¾ oz Simple Syrup Egg White — Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Angostura bitters.

FEW IMMORTAL DRAGON 2 oZ FEW Immortal Rye Whiskey 3/4 oz 8 immortals oolong tea syrup 3-4 muddled dragon fruit chunks ¼ oz lemon juice — Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Serve in a highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with dragon fruit slice.

FEW Cafe Boulevardier 1.5 oz FEW Cold Cut Bourbon ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth ½ oz ITALIAN BITTER APERITIF ¼ oz Averna Amaro — Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled, then strain and serve on the rocks. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

FEW Chop Shop Jungle Bird 1.5 oz FEW Straight Bourbon 1 oz Fresh pineapple juice ¾ oz ITALIAN BITTER APERITIF ½ oz Fresh lime juice ½ oz Simple Syrup — Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain over a large rock or crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and pineapple leaves.

Espresso Bourbon Martini


FEW Bourbon Espresso Martini 1.5 oz FEW Cold Cut Bourbon 1.5 oz coffee liqueur 1.5 oz Brewed espresso — Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
